PlantTFDB, Peking University (DATF, DPTF, DRTF, etc.) The PTFDB group has predicted, annotated and analyzed all putative TFs at the genome scale for five plant species, Arabidopsis, Poplar, Oryza sativa, the green alga Chlamydomonas reinhardtii and the moss Physcomitrella patens. They are also working on the available EST sequences from 17 plant species

Arabidopsis (DATF, ATTFDB) Database of Arabidopsis Transcription Factors, The Arabidopsis Thaliana Transcription Factor Database, Genomic Transcription Factors Information about Arabidopsis thaliana.

Poplar (DPTF) The Database of Poplar Transcription Factor (DPTF) is a collection of transcription factors of Populus trichocarpa.

Rice (DRTF) The Database of Rice Transcription Factor (DRTF) is a collection of transcription factors of Oryza Sativa L. ssp. indica and Oryza Sativa L. ssp. japonica.

TIGR Solanaceae Genomics Resource TIGR is member of the NSF Potato Genome Project, a consortium focused on understanding potato functional genomics.

SOL Genomics Network (SGN) The SOL Genomics Network is a Clade Oriented Database (COD) containing genomic, genetic and taxonomic information for species in the Euasterid clade, including the families Solanaceae (e.g. tomato, potato, eggplant, pepper, petunia) and Rubiaceae (coffee). Genomic information is presented in a comparative format and tied to the fully-sequenced Arabidopsis genome.

The NSF Potato Genome Project The goals of the Potato Genome Project are to conduct fundamental research on potato and other Solanaceous plants, to provide the scientific community with a comprehensive set of structural and functional genomic resources to expedite future research efforts, and to foster science education and public awareness of plant genomics.

Michael P. Timko Lab The Timko lab works in plant biology covering areas such as: Cowpea genomics, Striga host interactions, nicotine formation and accumulation, as well as chlorophyll and pigment biosysthesis.

The Tobacco Genome Initiative (TGI) The goal of the Tobacco Genome Initiative is to sequence and annotate more than 90% of the open reading frames of cultivated tobacco, Nicotiana tabacum.
